Welcome to Ruff Ranch KC! Our pet sanctuary located in Shawnee, KS has the largest indoor play yards in the area. We understand the difficulty pet parents have when finding a safe and fun-loving environment to leave your fur baby when you are either at work or out of town. Rest assured; that is what we will provide. Your pet will go home completely exhausted after a fun day of constant play. Our stand-alone facility sits on 2 acres of land and will offer plenty of room for inside and outside play. We will have tons of space inside during the winter for them to have fun with the addition of two outside yards to be built this spring! Each play yard will have access to water and fun toys to keep your dog constantly entertained. Enrichment is big to us!

This is a place not just for dogs but for cats as well! The cattery consists of cat towers, perches, toys and window watching to provide a more relaxing environment. We will allow them to have multiple times of play during the day. Knowing they will not be left in a small cage will hopefully put your mind at ease.

We will give you access to our webcams, so you are able to watch them whenever you wish. Our goal is to allow a fun/safe environment for your pet and to fulfill whatever needs your pet requires. The ranch manager has 9 years of kenneling background along with experience of being a veterinary technician assistant. SHe has a bachelor's degree in zoo science with a minor in psychology. We are a family owned business and it is our mission to provide new and fun tasks to keep your pets mind sharp. We look forward to meeting your pet(s)!
