Requirements for boarding:

• Bordetella (required every six months)

• Rabies

• Distemper

• Spay/neuter

• Have passed the temperament test

 

We will give you a code to allow you access to our webcams. With the webcams, you will be able to watch them during our business hours.  Don’t be afraid to give us a call if you need to change your reservation, add anything to your pup’s stay, or if you want an update on how your pup is doing. They will be given a treat at bedtime unless instructed otherwise. If your pup stays 5 nights or longer, we will give them an exit bath on the day of their pickup. We will ask for a pickup time when you drop them off. If your pickup time changes, please give us enough time to be able to get your pup washed. We do encourage you bring your own food for dogs to help with digestion issues. We offer a house dog food in case you forget to bring your own.

Deposit Policy:   During peak boarding times (Holidays, Spring Break, etc.) we will collect a $50.00 deposit (per family) that will be applied to your boarding stay at checkout.   IF you cancel before 48 hours of your start date, we will refund the deposit.  However, if you cancel within 48 hours or do not show your deposit will be forfeited.

Things to bring for boarding:

• Your dog’s food (we will provide house food for $2.00 a day for those customers that don't provide their own)

• Toys

• Bedding/Blankets

• Medication if needed​
